Three New Programs

1. Mindbloom for Grief: Process and grow from loss of any kind.
This six-session program provides the tools and support to process and release feelings of grief and loss.

Grief is a unique and emotional process for everyone. This program will provide you the tools, frameworks, and opportunities to process and release your grief on your journey toward healing and wholeness.

You will understand the various ways grief manifests in your emotions and physiology, how to avoid common pitfalls, and reconnect with vital parts of the grieving process: meaning and joy.

2. Mindbloom for Emotional Regulation: Master overwhelming feelings and build emotional resilience.
This six-session program helps you build practical skills for managing overwhelming feelings.

This focus area provides the applicable skills and guided practices that will teach you to manage overwhelming feelings in the moment, while expanding your overall emotional resilience.

The frameworks, ideas, and experiences included here will improve your relationship to your feelings and give you emotional strength moving forward.

3. Mindbloom for Habit Change: Create a happier and more productive life.
This six-session program helps you take advantage of increased neuroplasticity by breaking negative habits and building positive ones.

Habits are the bedrock of your life. They can be forces that propel you towards your dreams, or take you further away from them.

Ketamine therapy creates the ideal conditions in the brain to help you cultivate new habits, and be more effective at managing negative behavior. This program explores why habits are essential parts of changing your life, the mechanics of building good habits and removing bad ones, and how to tie them all together as a gift for your future self.
