Selecting Your Personalized Program in the Mindbloom App
Personalize your Mindbloom program to your unique goals with the mobile app.
After an initial onboarding session, you can select from our available focus areas to customize your program to your goals.
If you are using the Mindbloom app, here is how you can select your program focus and personalize your treatment.
Step 1: Scheduling and Completing Your First Session
The first session will help you become familiar with ketamine therapy and begin your Mindbloom program.
You will select a specific program for the remainder of your program once you have completed your first session.
Step 2: Selecting Your Program in the App
Once you have completed your first session, you will have the opportunity to select the personalized program you want to follow for the remainder of your Mindbloom program.
You can read more about the specific programs and their areas of focus in this article.
Selecting ‘Learn More’ under any of the programs will give you an overview of the program and its specific area of focus.
Step 3: Learn More About Your Specific Program
When you select ‘Learn more’ on any of the programs, you will see the core topics and themes that the program covers.
This allows you to find the program that is best suited for the areas that you want to work on in your life right now. It might be around emotional overwhelm, depression, habit change, or more.
All programs include preparation, session, and integration content for all sessions.
Step 4: Completing Your Chosen Program
Once you have selected your program, you will be entered into that program for the remaining sessions of your program.
Once you have selected your program and scheduled your next session, you’re all set!
